Bookings and appointments

Appointments are currently arranged by phone or WhatsApp, not through an online booking form on this website. Please call +230 263 4237 or message us on WhatsApp to schedule your visit. A booking is only confirmed once we agree the date, time, and service with you.

Cancellations and no-shows

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible by phone or WhatsApp. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee or affect future booking priority, at our discretion. Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of further appointments. We reserve the right to refuse or end service if a client is abusive, intoxicated, or poses a health or safety risk to staff or other clients.

Our contact form is intended for general enquiries and feedback. By submitting the form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you consent to us using it to respond to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
