Who is responsible for your data?

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Contact form details — your name, email address, optional subject line, and message when you use the form on our contact page.
• Technical details with form submissions — limited browser and device information (such as browser type, language, screen size, time zone, and referring page) to help us diagnose issues and reduce spam.
• Phone and WhatsApp communications — if you call us at +230 263 4237 or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the information you choose to share (for example your name, phone number, preferred service, and appointment details).
• Website usage and analytics — when you browse the public site, we use analytics and tag-management tools including Google Analytics (loaded through Google Tag Manager), Microsoft Clarity, and Yandex Metrika to understand how pages are used (for example pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, referrer, and interaction patterns). Microsoft Clarity and Yandex Metrika (Webvisor) may also record how you interact with pages — such as mouse movement, scrolling, clicks, and heatmaps — to help us improve the website. Our servers and security tools may also process your IP address and request metadata (for example when you submit a form) to enforce rate limits and protect the site from abuse.
• Advertising and conversion measurement — we use Google Ads tags to measure how our advertising performs (for example whether a visit followed one of our ads) and, in some cases, to show relevant ads to people who have previously visited our site. These tools may set cookies and share limited technical data with Google.

We do not knowingly collect payment card details through this website. Payments for salon services are handled in person at the salon unless we tell you otherwise.

We do not sell your personal information. With your consent, we use a limited set of advertising and measurement tools (such as Google Ads) to understand how our campaigns perform and, in some cases, to show relevant ads to past visitors. Most salon images are served through time-limited, signed links rather than permanent public file addresses. If you believe any image or testimonial on our site should be removed or corrected, please contact us and we will review your request promptly.

• Email delivery services used to forward contact form messages to our team.
• Website and application hosting infrastructure.
• Secure file storage used to host images displayed on the website (accessed through our application using authenticated, signed links).
• Cloudflare for website delivery, security, and privacy-focused traffic analytics.
• Google (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Ads) for tag management, website analytics, and advertising performance measurement on the public site.
• Microsoft (Microsoft Clarity) for website analytics, heatmaps, and session replay to understand how visitors use the public site.
• Yandex Metrika (Yandex) for website analytics and performance measurement on the public site.

• Staff admin session — when authorised staff sign in to the website admin area, a secure httpOnly session cookie is set for authentication only. This does not apply to ordinary visitors browsing the public site.

We keep contact and booking-related messages only for as long as needed to respond, manage our relationship with you, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting requirements. Technical logs used for security and rate limiting are kept for a limited period. When information is no longer required, we delete it or anonymise it where practical.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; please avoid sending sensitive medical information through the contact form.

Search engines and AI assistants

To help people find our salon, we publish public business information — such as our services, opening hours, location, and salon photos — in machine-readable formats (including a standard llms.txt feed and structured data) and permit search engines and AI assistants to index it. This content is public business information about the salon only; it never includes your personal data, contact-form messages, or booking details.
